They also review executive performances and fulfil the corporation's fiduciary obligations.

 

Company Registrar: A key component of a business's organisational structure is thought to be the company registrar. The management and organisation of corporate records falls under the purview of the registrars. It completes the regulations and reporting requirements of businesses, their stockholders, and directors, and they also handle government reporting on several topics, including the annual submission of numerous compliance records of the business. The Registrar of Companies is crucial in fostering and enabling corporate culture.

 

Chief Administrative Officer: All of the company's general administrative work is reviewed by the chief administrative officer. All of the company's legal documents and other secret documents must be protected, according to these officers. They are in charge of the organisational and daily operations of a business. The duties of a Policy Advisor, Officer, or Consultant vary depending on the department or agency; they collaborate with the team to identify and develop important policy issues.

Legal Advisor: In the event of a legal conflict or difficulty, the company is supported by the legal advisor. Legal counsel also ensures that the business complies with all applicable statutory requirements, including those relating to securities and corporate law. Drafting all legal paperwork, putting together problem-solving plans, and offering guidance on business law are all part of a legal advisor's tasks. They are the company's top-level Legal Advisor, thus they should be able to manage a sizable task with a tight deadline and keep up with the most recent legal developments.

Principal Secretary: A principal secretary's primary duty is to oversee all aspects of business meetings, including board meetings, annual general meetings, and meetings with the public, the private sector, the government, and other important clients.
